Our designer ensures that each handmade pendant meets quality standards prior to shipment. However, we understand that certain unforseeable circumstances can occur. Because each piece is uniquely custom made by our designer, returns and refunds are examined on a case by case basis. If you’d like to make a return due to a missing element, defect or malfunction, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may inform you of the next steps.
Acceptable return reasons include:
• Defect in functionality
• Missing Custom Element
• Incorrect spelling (company error only)
If any of the aforementioned issues apply, we have a 14-day return window for returns after you have received your item. Item must be returned within 14 days unworn. Returns attempted outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted. We do not cover any return shipping fees you may incur.
Should a certain custom element of your design become unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative option before we continue with your design. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
For accepted returns, please allow up to 7 business days after we’ve received your package for your funds to be return to the payment method used.
Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns due to normal wear and tear caused by frequent wearing overtime. Although, everything inside of your pendant is preserved and tarnish-free, we encourage you to adopt good care practices to prolong the life of your pendant’s hardware.
