Shipping Policy

Pre-made design are shipped within 3-5 business days.

For custom orders, please first allow up to 7 business days for creation. 


We currently use USPS for standard shipping.

Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking details via e-mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Please contact us at litlglassbox@gmail.com if there is an issue with your shipment or tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, Litl Glass Box is no longer responsible or liable. Litl Glass Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact litlglassbox@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please track your packages. Litl Glass Box has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.
